Hi victoria, i just recently convinced my dad to start giving our hamster the correct care, as he was not agreeing because of the fees. After months of asking him, he finally got a good wheel, bedding, hide, and sand for our hammy.
my hamster nugget is slowly coming to the end of his life and i just wanted to say thank you for helping me give him the best life i could give him. Without your advice he would be living in a 80 sq inch enclosure with just food water and a wheel. now he lives in a much bigger cage and has much more enrichment. youre the reason the he is going to pass peacefully and not stressed out. thank you so much❤️

I’m so sorry about dippier I did watch the video about him I’m gonna miss that little guy😢 But thanks to you my hamster is living his best life he’s a short haired Syrian living in a 600sq enclosure and he has all the things I could think of a good diet with fruit veggies meal worms etc and he is so happy he also has a multi chamber hide out a 12 inch wheel a huge sand bath and some other different textures so I just wanna thank you I’ve been following you since the beginning I remuneration wasabi and peach and all the others I’m wishing you the best and so is muffin my hamster have fun with you new hammes!❤❤❤❤

Thanks for your videos. Our daughter has been begging for a hamster. When we finally agreed I started researching and learned that everything we did back in the late 1990s when we were kids with hamsters was wrong! We bought a huge home and filled it with tons of bedding and enrichment things and our new Syrian is so happy. Thanks for sharing your expertise!

I can tell I’ve been watching for a while when I watched that frog hide go in to waddles’ enclosure. It’s so lovely seeing you set up for a new friend. My 2y/o female Syrian just passed away on Friday and I’m just looking at her now empty cage and mourning
I wish more people were like Victoria with their animals the world would be such a better place she is so sweet and inspiring with her animals both my hamsters passed away of old age but because I started watching her videos I bought them both huge cages while they were less then a year and learning about the proper sizes for wheels I gave them a way better life and even though they passed on still brings me joy to watch her videos Victoria if you are reading this I love your videos your such a kind person don't ever change !

I had a really tiny hamster cage before I very barely convinced my mom to help me make one. It still isn’t quite as big as he would need, but it is much better. You are the reason my mom let me do this!
This is the kind of enclosure I like its simple and not to cluttered, A lot of other hamster owners to me over crowd hamster cages and It just overwhelms me.

Nothing much to say but I just wanna say that today was the first day one of my hamsters (Seamus) was comfortable climbing onto my hand, I was offering him a treat and instead of taking the treat he climbed onto my hand, I think it's a good sign but ever since I started watching your videos I've been taking care of my hamsters properly, seeing it climbing onto my hand at week 3 of me having him and Dean made me so happy, so thanks, keep up the amazing work ma'am!
I definitely enjoyed watching the littered floor at the end. That is my room every time I finish a large clean.
I appreciate that you showed us the set up before it was filled with bedding. Sometimes its hard to know when looking at others enclosures if the have stands supporting things or not
i started giving my late hamster a proper enclosure and he passed away peacefully on february 2022 (he was 2 years old), thanks to your videos i know how to give him a good life

I have used the dig box from Niteangel for playtime instead of putting in an enclosure. I use either coco fiber or fine aspen as a base then put curly paper on top to sprinkle seed mix through, so my hamsters enjoy foraging as well as digging. The curly paper also lifts up easily to find the hamster when play time is over. Looking forward to meeting your new friend.
I just got a 776sq inch cage a 2 days ago and a bunch of new things to go in it and it is all because you helped me care for my hamster thank you so much my hamster peanut would not be having a good life without you❤

Idea for a video that I haven't hear about in a while coming from you: updated information about disinfecting items you get at the store/Etsy (ie sprays, tunnels, etc!)
I come up with this idea after having an issue with moths and not realizing where I went wrong right away 🥲
I bet more newbies wouldn't realize the things I've learned even after several years now! So I figured I'd see what you think of the idea :)

Hey on September 24th I adopted my first hammy! I’ve been watching your videos and without you I would know nothing and my hammy has settled in so we’ll and is happy and I wouldn’t know anything and how to make him happy if it weren’t for you thank you!
Finaly a new cage setup and I cant wait to see the new member😊
To keep the wheel vibrating off of the stand that does not fit use 6-8 Neodymium Magnets. Put one on the bottom of the stand and the other one on the top of the wheel base and the strength is so good that it will attract each other. No glue and you can move the wheel at will. Use three sets to four sets to keep the wheel from vibrating off of the stand plus it stops the normal vibration noise.
I don’t have issues with it moving off 😊
@@VictoriaRaechel Its really good to stop the vibration noise as it creates a mechanical coupling between the stand and the wheel. If you have no problems that is good but I found it works really well to eliminate the noise to a whisper.

I came wait to see your new hamster! I'm sorry about diapers passing! I am so glad I found your channel, I started out with a hamster arcade hamster cage (which was far too small) after I started watching your channel I convinced my parents to let me use an old aquarium we had lying around but after they let me make it in to a cage, I soon figured out that it was also far to small, and then I bought a bin and made a bin cage (using your tutorial) with 510 sq inches of floor space, I know its small, but its a lot better then the previous cages, and my dwarf hamster enjoys having more room to explore and burrow! thank you so much Victoria without you my hamster would still be in that tiny hamster cage, thank you!
Again, I am so sorry for the loss of Dipper and the other hamsters before him, you were a wonderful mother to them!

This is amazing! Our hamster arrives in 2 weeks and we are so excited! Your videos have been so helpful! Where did you get the stilt extenders for the multichamber hide please? I have the multichamber hide but the tallest niteangel stilts i can get are just under 6 inches and I would like them a little taller for deeper bedding underneath! Thank you :-)

Recently I got a hamster over the summer. I named him Remi, and I love him so much! I started off with a CritterTail cage, which was bad. He would always bite on his cage on night, and I didn’t know what he was doing exactly. But then I showed my dad a picture of a hamster cage that I really liked, and he said that he could build it. And he did! I was so happy, and before he built that, I learned more about hamsters. You’ve helped me and my my hamster so much! I want Remi to have a happy and healthy life. Speaking of healthy, I’ve seen that people like to give their hamsters baby puffs. My mom bought some for Remi, but she bought a different brand. She got a brand called True Goodness (from Meijer).The flavor is Purple Carrot and Blueberry. I fed one to my hamster already, are they safe? Please reply and tell me!
