I've never seen Holdsworth play a blues scale, so thanks a lot. 😂

Yep! I think he uses but not the way as the typical jazz learn it. Neither for too long, too.

he occasionally did, just for fun. I believe he could play Clapton style if so desired, fortunately he did not.

Love all the players. Have to say Ronald Bruner Jr. was really driving that beat, I don't always admire the drumming. Thanks for the video. Cheers!

Even when Allan wa struggling personally, as he clearly is here, he was still transcendent🎸🤘🏻 And I am a huge Brunel fan but he definitely hasn’t got the right groove with that iconic bass line😳 RIP Maestro

I'm a long time bass player (played this tune a 100 times at least)....Question; In my professional role as a bass player, why does 'Stratus' bring out the Jeckle and Hyde in me ? And why do I get this overwhelming feeling to slap Billy Cobham when this chart is called? (Although, I love Billy too much to hold the 'bass chart' of Stratus against him!! And in spite of my love and admiration for Allan Holdsworth, my cat darts across the room and hides under the couch (Although he came back out for Bunny's incredible solo, he digs the lower tones)....great job Bunny!

Allan Holdsworth nunca encontró la armonía adecuada para el solo.
