Diagnosis can be clinical, by observing the signs and symptoms. Detection of antibodies to oligodendrocyte is also possible.

    Good explanation!
How raised temperature worsens the symptoms of MS?

It’s primarily the channel kinetics responsible. The K+ channels allow a greater and more rapid efflux of K+ (and thus the cations). Hence, the net amount of positive charges that are required to generate the spike at the next point are not available. This is the result of increased temperature, in MS. Already the conduction is barely possible in MS. The symptoms of conduction block will appear with increased temperature.

Yes of course. Normally, two videos per week has been the frequency. It got slightly derailed in the last few weeks. It will be back on track now. Thanks for the comments. (My subscriber base grows more rapidly; but the views lag. Generally, it’s the other way round, I guess.) You may suggest the topics, if needed any. Thanks once again...!
