@@chilling_koala To my understanding, Kaz doesn’t exactly know how to express his feeling towards her, at least not at that point in the story. So he doesn’t know what to say, therefore saying she is just an investment to him. But he never really was taught how to tell someone that he loves them because he never exactly had someone who loved him. Except for his family, of course, but he didn’t have them for long enough for Kaz to learn how to deal with those type of situations. Sorry if any of this is incorrect, that is just what I summed up from what I know of his character.
@@chilling_koala he never said she is.....we created that conclusion because of the implications of Leigh Bardugo.....at this moment he is telling himself that she is an investment but we choose to believe otherwise because we want to explore their interactions

3 (I read it) circus/mystery
4 fantasy, about a war and a girl who has a unique power
5 Alice in Wonderland retelling, but about the queen of hearts
6 ancient Greek myths, lgbtq romance
But kaz is 🥵 either way

@@tesoroofall8499 welllllllll it broke me. My heart was in more pieces than Kronos’ body. I loved it tho. Since that I’ve read all of Koltc stone blind iron widow Ariadne tsats I feel like I’m missing one but I think it’s the books I’ve read In school I’m thinking of I didn’t count that. So about 13 books. 14 if u count unlocked. Btw Koltc is a sires that is 9 books long without book 8.5 which did have content that added to the plot

What if the guy who enslaved her, drugged her, harassed her, manipulated her and dressed her in a way she felt uncomfortable wasn't an (abuser) bad guy?
Rhys is definitely not a good guy, but I guess my thought process was back when Feyre said Rhys wasn't the bad guy in her story...

Homestly I feel like Rhys beats himself up about that a lot but also Feyre feals like at least he gave her freedom and didn’t touch her anywhere other than her waist and arms. Also Rhys went through worse things with Amarantha which still doesn’t excuse what he did though. He probably thought it was little justified because she was his mate ngl. So i’d say Feyre has enough trauma with Tamlin who openly verbally and mentally abused her to run to Rhys who offered her EVERYTHING she ever wanted for her forgiveness which wasn’t such an ooen manipulation.

@@idonotexistrn so Rhys manipulated and Tamlin abused her to think that bare minimum (giving her freedom & not touching her) is some kind of gift from him. He tought he was excused for a lot of things: she is my mate, I did it for her, I gave her money and a lot of things she wanted... But she never asked for these. She didn't make herself his mate (slave) and didn't ask for financial things. He was like a textbook abuser: he abused her and then gave her things in the ''honeymoon phase''.
