pBR322 is a cloning vector and you put it to the expression vector column, whereas pBAD/D- Topo is an expression vector and you placed it to the cloning vector column. It would have been better if you just reduced the font of the expression vector features and put the right vector there. Just by simply looking at this slide is misleading.

When we use E.coli strains for protein expression we use Rosetta which has chloramphenicol resistance Gene which blocks protein production. But since the E.coli is already resistant why we add also chloramphenicol?
