Very easy way to increase mindulness is by getting good inputs(topic from a previous charlie's vid), for example from good sleep
I kinda agree but It's not the mindfulness that will help people quit their bad habits but the bad feeling that they get from doing the bad habits. You can be mindful and still engage in bad habits because the urge to do anything that's self sabotaging comes from a lack of belief in yourself or love. Would you still watch p*rn if you were making 30k/m and in the best shape of your life with a beautiful gf? probably not, cause at that point 'you've' got your back. Being mindful when you're not progressing or having the wrong mindset does more harm than good.
Oh totally agree. If you stay aware of what you're doing, you can always steer yourself to doing the necessary thing and not get sidetracked for 3 hours... Really good also to get away from work for a couple mins in intervals and reflect, if you're still on the right track in this moment

The second leverage after that will be finding which action burns the most calories per minutes and just do it. I asked gpt and it says that its doing high-intensity interval training. These are the biggest leverage when it come to losing weight in my opinion.
