Unrelated to the video, I vsry recently found out that what most people are missing in their life is mindfulness. Trust me, you engage in any bad habits if you take your time to think what's the best thing to do atm. That is very important and most people just aren't thinking enough. Very easy way to increase mindulness is by getting good inputs(topic from a previous charlie's vid), for example from good sleep
I kinda agree but It's not the mindfulness that will help people quit their bad habits but the bad feeling that they get from doing the bad habits. You can be mindful and still engage in bad habits because the urge to do anything that's self sabotaging comes from a lack of belief in yourself or love. Would you still watch p*rn if you were making 30k/m and in the best shape of your life with a beautiful gf? probably not, cause at that point 'you've' got your back.
Being mindful when you're not progressing or having the wrong mindset does more harm than good.

My next question is how can you tell if you have an asymmetry?
For example if I were to lift 1 hour 5 days a week, and in one month I lose 15 pounds. Is this an asymmetry?
if an equal amount of time you took loosing wheight had more results than the equal amount of time gaining wheight
You need to look at all the action you can take to achieve Y, and pick the one that need the less input
For example, the action that give you the most leverage when it comes to losing weight is improving your diet, because you spend 1h figuring out what to remove and you will be losing 1-2kg every month without doing anything.
The second leverage after that will be finding which action burns the most calories per minutes and just do it.
I asked gpt and it says that its doing high-intensity interval training. These are the biggest leverage when it come to losing weight in my opinion.
