Thank you so much for uploading this to UA-cam every weekday afternoon the CBBC team used to takeover BBC One for the whole afternoon until Neighbours.
Also worth pointing out that this was the very last day of CBBC as we know it as from the following monday, CBBC would be split into separate slots for older children and younger children ahead of the CBBC and Cbeebies channels on 11th February 2002. So in a way this was a very sad day for CBBC, end of an era.
I totally agree, best programmes including Live & Kicking and it was a time in which Children's BBC wasn't split up between CBBC for over 6's and Cbeebies for under 6's, Nigel Pickard and Greg Dyke were both idiots for making that happen.
The programmes that I loved back then when I was a kid was: Goosebumps Teletubbies Playdays Tweenies Pingu Enchanted Lands The Ghost Hunter The Animals of Farthing Wood Round the Twist The Wild Thornberrys Rugrats etc. Also teen music like S Club 7, Bwitched etc
@@meridian2000 @Jacob Rowley I dunno, I think separation was the right move. Probably wasn't necessary when they each got their own channels though. Nobody wanted to turn off their TVs for half an hour just because the Tweenies or Playdays was on instead of The Cramp Twins or Get Your Own Back.
@Friendly Fox Sorry but you are wrong, we completely disagree with you, the separation of Children's BBC was completely unnecessary and to be honest I don't think it would've happened had Greg Dyke and Nigel Pickard hadn't joined the BBC, it should've stayed merged and it was fine on both BBC One and BBC Two especially as they both had corporate logos by adding the C before the BBC One and BBC Two logos. Separating CBBC was a mistake.
Ana and Kate heavenor were my favourite presenters growing up the CBBC presenters today just don't have the repore with the kids like they did now it's all gunge shows no really good entertainment plus ana and Kate were fit

CBBC was way better during the 1990s until the end of August 2001 because the programmes were way good back then.
