How long it takes to know the results 😮

In my case, I got selected but I got the result nearly after 2months from the date of interview. By then I have also got selected for IIITH and I have joined the course. My observation was, there is only one seat available and 5 of us were shortlisted and I was in the wait list with number 3. After one month itself we got the result but there will be 1-2 weeks of time for each candidate to express their willing to join the course, in that way after the 2 ppl above me have rejected the offer, it got to me and it took 2 months. Since I have also rejected the offer it was passed to the next candidates. So this is how it works. All the best brother.

After how many days from the interview we could expect the result.... I have given my interview at IITPKD in structures (MS). I'm waiting for the result sir, and my interview was done for 1hr.... is it a normal duration or is it a rare thing? I was expecting the duration would be around 15-20min but it was 1hr..... So, sir can you please give me some reply upon these questions... please sir.....
