Learn a lot from your videos. Rebuilt 450 Foreman a few weeks ago after watching your rebuild video. Everything worked perfectly.

Mine was stuck as well so I used a pully puller I put the rim back on just enough to get the bolts on and put the puller inside the rim and pulled the hub out with it.

I'm refurbishing my '02 Yamaha Big Bear 400 4X4. I made a costly mistake removing a bad wheel bearing. Long story short, I couldn't find a used knuckle and had to buy an old new stock knuckle for shy of $300, since they don't make them anymore.

From who did you order the bearings from? Were you pleased with the quality & service? Looking to do the front on my Rancher 350 & suspect OEM Honda prices will be quite high.

I'm pretty sure I used some bearings off eBay by all balls. I have pretty good luck with them and in my past experience with Honda bearings often times they don't come sealed where the aftermarket ones do. Granted there is a seal on the outside of the drum for the bearings I don't see a drawback of having two seals to keep the bearings clean.

My inner bearing stayed on the spindle. Any ideas on how to get that thing off of there? My gear puller won't really fit behind it to pull it that way.

I have an air chisel I normally use. If you don't have one of those you can always cut it off with a cutoff wheel.

@@FourwheelerDoctor Thanks for the reply. I am going to see if I can heat them up enough to slide them off. If not, it's the cutoff wheel for them. I already ordered a new set.

Did you modify your floor jack or buy it with the big tires on it?

Do you have a video on how you modified your Jack?
