Ricky, see if you can reach someone within NAR and recommend them to end dual agency. That will help to solve 50% of the issues we have now. The buyers need to be represented. A listing agent should not be helping buyers while is legally representing a seller. They should stay away from it to make sure that both sides in the transaction are equally represented. Thanks
A few years ago, my Broker fed me Opcity leads. I had to pay 30% on mobile home leads. In one of my transactions, my TC made more than I did. So not worth it
Thoroughly disgusted that NAR is complicit in this. You are not allowed to operate practically without joining and giving NAR a healthy sum every year. Another corrupt entity evidently.

I know a few agents pay no upfront fee and then give a percentage of the profit, but most don't. They pay for the leads and none of the profit.
They need to sue all these companies real geeks, smart zip and every company that promised a 1-3% close rate.
It seems to me that there are such thing as Bad leads. Too many companies (mine included) that said there are no bad leads, just bad agents....

Agents who pay for "leads" should eat crow. They think paying good money should guarantee them good leads. Get in the trenches and work for a living
