In India yearly on an average only 40,000 to 50,000 luxury cars 🚗 are sold. The numbers are low because most of the luxury cars except few models of Mercedes, BMW and Audi which are made and assembled in India , other imported luxury cars attract almost 150%duty. So if for example a luxury car costs $50,000 abroad, will cost $1,25,000 in India to import. I know luxury cars are much more expensive but this amount was mentioned just as an example.
