@@jeromemaida4933 Sir, it appears you are irresponsible, lack self awareness, and refuse to accept accountability. I don’t remember all the details and do not want to rewatch this case. However, if I recall correctly you were driving her vehicle to and from work without her permission or a driver’s license. You claim the lack of license is due to a mixup but you have not resolved it. You expected to get paid without a conversation beforehand. You just assumed she’d pay because she had in the past. You had a contractual agreement to write a book for her about sensitive issues. Therefore you collected recordings but failed to secure them ( in a safe, lockbox, locked drawer ). Then you blamed your it on potentially numerous individuals who had access to your space, admitting past problems in the living space. It’s irresponsible to leave sensitive client material unsecured and accessible to others. Then you seem perplexed that a person who endured trauma doesn’t want to repeatedly relive it to recreate the material you failed to secure. From the outside looking in it appears you live with roommates, don’t have a driver’s license, drove her car without permission, and lost her sensitive material because you are irresponsible. To make matters worse I don’t recall much effort on your part to attempt to recover the material.
@@peacefreedom4930 The material magically reappeared when I got back 3 weeks later. I have no roommates. I have a very unscrupulous property manager and landlord who are being sued by 5 different people in 3 buildings and 2 addresses. I told her the truth, bought a new recorder on my way to the airport and said I would focus on that since I had to quarantine for about a week after the flight home. She is the ones who dragged things on for months because she wasn't feeling well physically or emotionally. All of a sudden, when she got a decent job, she decided to cut zero slack ehen I had bern understanding of her for a year. There is no way I drove 700 miles either. That is a lie. She never screenshot. anything, so there is no actual proof I drove 700 miles. I made 2 trips to Goodwill. That's it. And she absolutely agreed to pay me $300 for 16 days before she left. As someone who travels extensively and has had many house sitters, I say make a contract and leave nothing to chance. My sitters are not permitted to use my vehicles or have parties in my home. They are to care for my 3 dogs, keep the house in the same condition they found it in, take in my mail, and contact me for any emergencies. I do not pay my house sitters. Regardless of what you think Marilyn, irregardless is a word. Merriam Webster defines the nonsensical word as "regardless."
The Defendant looks like a character of Clay Animation.
Authors...ya, wannabes. Once he says "irregardless" you know he's full of baloney.
Irregardless IS a word. It is an adverb not widely used but it is in Webster.
Not the writer hitting us with an “irregardless” 🫣😂
Sorry Judge M., but irregardless is actually the rebuttal to regardless.🙃
it's not. if you look it up, you'll see it means the same thing. assuming we accept it as a word, it's one of those weird ones like how flammable and inflammable mean the same thing.
Did he just say....idear?
Question for the judges. We have solar and last year this other solar company bought this solar company that we used to have they been a pain in the butt. Can they legally turn off our solar system just to get more money from us? Even if you think they are doing something illegal?
The shadows moving behind that guy is bothering me so much!!
I am by no means a mechanic. I am listen to the case, but I am stuck on the fact that this lady believes that this guy owes her brake pads. Even if he did drive the vehicle 700 miles, there is no need for brake pads in that amount of time.
No one stole those tapes. He kept them for his own disgusting, creepy needs, and who knows what and why else.
🛑✋️According to Google, 80% of moms in America are single heads of household! Why does this keep being put out as something one needs to know about them? I never hear mom's say " I'm a partnered mom." Even couples have tight budgets.😒
I think she decided not to pay him because he’s irresponsible. But it’s not a good idea to have an irresponsible person pet sit, occupy your home, and have possession of your car. She’s lucky the pets survived, the car was in one piece, and the house wasn’t burned to the ground. This was a lesson for both of them. He needs to get his ‘it together.
I am not irresponsible at all.
I have a very unscrupulous property manager and landlord who are being sued by
5 different people in 3 buildings and 2 addresses.
The ironic thing is, if I had just said nothing in both cases, I would have been better off. I TOLD herI could not find the recordings as I was leaving to fly to bet with my dying mother.
Thst increased to 19 when she had too go to the hospital with a blood clot and none of her friends or exes would drive her and watch her house then and now I know why.
I thought my screen was frozen in the beginning
As someone who travels extensively and has had many house sitters, I say make a contract and leave nothing to chance. My sitters are not permitted to use my vehicles or have parties in my home. They are to care for my 3 dogs, keep the house in the same condition they found it in, take in my mail, and contact me for any emergencies. I do not pay my house sitters. They perform the service in exchange for a beautiful and free place to live for a few weeks or months depending on how long I am away. I have had no issues in the 20 years I have had sitters.
@@TonyH-z5w How was Mr. Whiskers the cat? I heard he's a real party animal when the owner goes away.
OMG - they are so Funny!
Trust no one! Meeting Walmart strangers is not professional. Now she has a ghost writer uh should have done that before hello?🤷♀️🙄
He totally drove her car
They left out the fact that they new each other in the biblical cents. ajajajajaja
Irregardless 😉
WELL IF SHE KNEW / FIGURED THAT HE WAS USING HER VEHICLE HELL TAKE A UBER TO THE AIRPORT & TAKE HER VEHICLE KEYS W/ HER SIMPLE WHEN I LEAVE OUT OF TOWN I MAKE SURE I REMIND THEM TOO WATER MY PLANTS NOT HARD TO DO.....SMDH
Poodle like dog really I have seen both and they are way different. One toy one huge.
OK this man may have issues BUT What does that say about her??? Adding the plants in to the agreement when you didn't ask him to is hysterical. This is why woman don't rule the world lol.BTW I am a woman myself and I'm amazed at her ignorance. Not that I'd want this man to rule the world LOL 😝
All of the poor grammar I’ve heard from litigants in the peoples court over the years, and she finally corrects someone about irregardless?😂
I don’t know about anybody else, but let’s look at the big picture here. It seems like this woman is having a real problem with men. Yet she keeps bringing them into her life. She tells us that she can’t afford anything because she’s a single mother lol. We hear that quite often and then she’s hiring people and to boot, a man!!!
I wish her Godspeed in her therapy
did her book ever get published?
Who befriends a random stranger at Walmart? I am not related to the plaintiff, pay no mind to our same last names
im CAUSIOUSLY OPTOMISTIC🫣
mmmmm... he's kinda shady...
why would you not backup your recordings this is your fault not his.
honestly I can't get into this case...I'm sorry but....I just can't listen to them anymore. too weird!!! and do you really believe HE'S gonna think about watering your plants😅 first time EVER I don't care how this case ends. 🤣
I always took my pets to a kennel to stay. Plus I had self water feeders for my plants.
Any experienced “writer” would/should back up their work.
This journalist dude said “balantly” false
now that peoples court got cancelled.... I think JM and hubby should make another show where they both sit at the bench. I would definitely watch
Cardi B Offset? You trying to stay hip to the times eh?
Was the plants saved at all??

IRREGARDLESS is NON-standard but it IS a word Marilyn. Sorry, but you're incorrect. 🥰
No it's actually a double negative. ✌
It's funny how cordial, calm and cooperative Milian is with white folks even when they're doing wrong as shown in this case. The plantiff wasn't supposed to even be driving without a licence which is a crime and the defendant knew it and Milian never mentions it. Completely different disposition when the case involves black litigants.
Complete LIE. She has absolutely gone off on many white folks. Are you fkn blind?
Sorry dude. I have some issues with Milian myself, but I'm not gonna let you get away with that comment. It is a blatant lie. Milian has snapped on hordes of white people.
Hard to say how and what she was going to say when they cut the clip to go to a commercial right when she's asking him about it. Blame the editors with this one.
The editor's!? Really
Adrian-The judge, like all humans, has a range of moods from mellow to intense. In fact, everyone in this case, Plaintiff, Defendant and Judge were super mellow. I do not think the judge is racist.
This guy is a mooch, not a house sitter. He was fully ready to take advantage of the situation. He can't be bothered to buy a shirt that he can button the top for court. All of those references, are we supposed to be impressed?
You can’t complain that someone with out a license was driving your car when you ask that same person to pick you up from the airport 🤦♀️
