And ask for advance saying land owner is desperate need of cash and demand cash Once cash / rtgs received he keeps cancelling registration of property with the reason that land owner is sick, he is out of station, besy with serious problem for months but don't give us mobile no and address of actual land owner and if you cancal deal then delay advance taken with different reasons and at last gives you post dated cheques and don't care to honor it and you are caught in his heinous act of cheating I believe that konkan people's are good people and don't deceive people and still belive that konkan is best area and konkani people's are most beautiful human being and God fearing people's My brother has paid advance of 10 lakhs to this devrukh person before four months and we have above experience Above person is very sweet toung and had posted various videos of different lands on utube and presently utube videos are available but he has turned comments off People should learn lessons from our mistakes and be careful
