Absolutely admire how systematically & concisely informative this video is while also not being awfully loaded with niche-specific terms that people new to the arena would have to keep googling. Gonna be hitting the Share button a lot for this one 🙌
Thank you so much. Glad you liked it.

Thank you for sharing insights about the real estate in Goa. It's incredibly helpful to discover the opportunities in such a lively place.
You’re most welcome. Will make more videos on this topic to make it extremely easy for anyone to buy real estate in Goa

P.S. Did you change the editor ?
We’ll upload more soon.
No chance at all. My editor is also my business partner and hence that’s not gonna change ever
Ok guys, local here. You can buy property here but be ready ready to pay bribe for all the paperwork you will go through. If you like lively atmosphere then go to north goa and if you need to spend your time in peace then South goa. But even if you buy the land legally, your neighbours will always have a problem. All property buyers and locals will know this.
That’s true. Even I noticed the corruption problem in Goa. It is a bit difficult to get the construction done as well but if you have good connections in Goa, things become easy. Also, I feel Goans are really kind and helpful people❤️
Prices in dambolin where you invested?
The current price for residential plots would be around 40000 per sqm to 70000 per sqm depending on the location. It depends on a lot of factors like:
1. View (Sea Facing/ Valley Facing, Park facing)
2. Locality
3. Independent or within a gated society
Thank you for the valuable information. Thoda background music kam kardo na bhai :)
I am really sorry for the loud background music. Will definitely take care of it in the next video. Thank you for your feedback😊
Yes +1 to this commment
Dilnawaz: Did you also use Mohidin Real Estate to purchase your Dabolim property which I assume is a piece of land? Also how did you purchase your commercial property?
Yes. I purchased a piece of land in Dabolim through Mohidins and the experience was just amazing. It made me do my second investment in Goa which is a commercial complex. I have purchased this one as well from Mohidins. If you want more details, drop me an email on support@quotientx.in
Because delhi is overcrowded and polluted now don't make goa overcrowded and polluted and now the property rates are also increasing in goa. After some year where goa will become overcrowded and polluted because of all these things.
Hey Rohit,
Everyone deserves a better life and if someone is moving to Goa for that, I don’t see any harm. However, I completely agree to your point that we should not pollute the place and I hope the government will take care of that. We should have very strict rules around construction
@@dilnawazwarisi Everyone deserves better life is agreed but our ancestral have preserved the goa climate , environment and culture but increase in population and over construction will lead to automatically distrub the goa environment and will get overcrowded like metropolitan cities and there are many other states also to live better life.
Rohit, why local Goans are selling their lands,if they are so concerned about pollution??
@@krishnachoudhary3717 Some of local goan selling the property don't know the reason but non goans people buying the property in goa at any price and specially Delhi people , doing excessive construction to live better life because delhi is polluted and overcrowded. These excessive construction will disturb the goa environment, climate and so on.
Mohidin Properties are promoting a project in the Dabolim area. No wonder that that he says that Dabolim area is best.
Another way to look at it is that nothing is stopping them from starting new projects in North or South Goa but they still choose to launch new projects in Dabolim. And honestly I feel that Dabolim is one of the best areas in Goa. It is literally 20-30 mins away from the serene beaches of South Goa and 30-40mins away from the popular North Goa beaches. I personally have also invested a lot of money in Dabolim because of its location advantages.
@@dilnawazwarisi Do you know there is coal handling happening at Mormugao Port multiplied into three from current. That is the reason property prices have collapsed there. The reason stopping them from going elsewhere is bulk acquisition they did.
Sir a very big builder whose name starts from L has bought a big plotting in Goa Bicholiem. Do you think that’s worth investing. Thank
Although I don’t know about the price that they are quoting for this project, but I have generally noticed that they charge a lot of premium. Their prices are almost 2x and I don’t find it reasonable. I would recommend you to talk to more property brokers in that area and try to understand the land price in the area. I am pretty sure that this would not be a project worth investing in.
@@dilnawazwarisi they are offering 1500 sf feet land at 85L. However they are promising facilities like 1L sq feet club house, lots of branded F&B options and all type of party infrastructure in 130 acres of township with only 800 plots. However my fear is the distance from the coast line, that’s making me confused.
Ayush, have you decided on this plot yet?
@@aayushmakkar6247 The price is even lower (73 lakhs) till 13th May
@aayushmakkar6247 same confusion as you! Goa has less of large trustworthy listed builders offering such townships but it seems quite far from the prime areas/coastline.
Local goans are selling property, someone buys, what’s the problem? If goans are so concerned about pollution they should not sell their land
It’s okay for them to sell and for us to buy. What I think we should ensure is that we act like responsible citizens. Since, I have purchased a few properties in Goa and also plan to spend my life there, I would do all I can to keep Goa clean. We should never take away Goa’s charm and anyone who buys anything in Goa, should consider it as their responsibility to keep the way it is❤️
Sir hindi me b bola kro😂😂
