lets say from scratch , you are configuring Ospf with one side interface as point 2 point and another one is broadcast . will the neighborship be formed or it will be stuck in init state ?

There are two types of neighborship in ospf,
1. Neighbor without adjacent.
2. Neighbor with adjacent.
To form full neighborship, network type must match
