I have been looking for a good ginger cookie recipe for about two weeks now. Thank you so much for posting this. They look simply divine. I’m a baker, I’ve been baking for about 25 years now. I do have one small suggestion. after the cookies have cooled could you turn one over to show the “ brownness ‘on the bottom? Thank you!!!
