Over the next few videos we will show you how we built it from start to finish and the disaster we had with the concrete countertop which included a visit to the ER. Hi, it is 12mm Fibre Cement Construction board from Wickes, the link is in the description

Great build! Could you please provide the dimensions of it pls? How much metal support do you think you used in total?

Thanks, the main part is about 3.6m long and the return where the sink and the charcoal bbq are is 2.2m. The depth of the worktop is 76cm and the depth of the raised bar section is 38cm so that gives you the rough outline. The finished height of the worktop is 94cm and the height of the raised section is 110cm. I put uprights in every 60 cm or so and then added cross bracing every metre or so around the whole thing.
