It's about having an holistic approach to this whole illness. Sleep, nutrition, rest and digest, restorative movement and mindset. Pacing does help but are you pacing right?. Break down all your must do tasks, such as house hold chores into small, medium and larger tasks. What can you outsource, delegate or stop doing for now? Remember it's only "for now". Then list all your lovely tasks that give you pleasure. Sitting in the garden on a sunny day, messaging a friend. Having a massage or your haircut. Going for lunch with family or friends. Doing some restorative yoga or pilates?. Each day include something from your nice to do list into your must do list. Hope this helps X Every
Thank you for producing this video. I suppose chronic fatigue is often perceived like many other syndromes. People judge and say stuff like, youre just not motivated, Its all in your head or its just a bull $hit excuse. Yup a lot of people do feel that way … until they end up with something thats hard to explain like anxiety, depression, some weird allergies, PTSD, Fibromyalgia, Lupus etc.. They are the invisible diseases and just because it doesnt show up on an x-ray, doesnt mean it aint broke.
I heard a colleague talking like that about a relative with the condition, came to find out that colleague had had such a comfortable upbringing he hadnt left the family home until well into adulthood and had been in this same job his whole working life (has historically been a cushy job). I look at so many people as little babies that just dont know what's out there, they think they're tougher than you and they just dont get it
Part of controlling symptoms for me was finding I do not absorb vitamin B properly and switching to Methly Folate with L-5-MTHF and Methly B12. Turns out a lot of Americans gave the genetic flaw that makes absorption of B vitamins difficult. It's a complicated illness and this is just one tiny tinker in "fixing" the problem.
I had a MTBI when I was 10. I have always been tired now as if I don’t want to do anything. I do, but it is sooo hard to because I am so exhausted all the time.
I’ve had this thirteen years wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy
It can even more than one reason. I have diabetes but also burnout and complex ptsd.

I have just been through that attitude from a doctor. Who said look we have done all the tests as she shoved her computer screen in my face. 😢
The highest level of arrogance, you hit the nail on the head
So true, thanks Alex .
Doctors always jump to the conclusion you're anaemic.
How can you help me?
Well you didn’t say shit !
