  • Laura was diagnosed with Wilson disease more than 25 years ago. As part of her treatment plan, her doctor advised that in addition to her chelator, she limit high copper foods in her diet. Even though Laura is a registered dietitian herself, she has found it challenging to know how much copper is too much.
