Vietnamese cuisine is _so_ wonderful for vegetarians and vegans. I particularly love the melange of fresh herbs that comes with almost every dish. I absolutely could live on bánh cuốn, gỏi cuốn, bánh mì, and phở chay. Yum! Thanks for another delicious video, guys. Love to you both. ❤❤
I agree. I could live on that as well. We were surprised by all the veggy and vegan options were offered. And if it wasn’t on the menu, they would make something for you. Amazing. In a few weeks there will be a full veggy and vegan video from Vietnam ❤️. Hugs and love from us ❤️

Everything looks delicious! Did you have any stomach issues eating the fresh herbs and lettuce?
Not at all. I guess we were lucky. We did try to check if the stalls or restaurants had their produce laying in the sun all day or not. But most places were super prepared and clean! So go ahead and enjoy. The food was really amazing 🙌👋☀️
