- This is a massive patch containing the new paths updates for both the Highwayman and Graverobber in Darkest Dungeon 2. It also has new torches, trophies, and a bunch of other thing!

With all the additional back rank targeting we're getting, Dreaming General might actually make more sense to go fight more often now. Also, Rogue grapeshot cleaving three ranks is gnarly.
Very gnarly, combined with GR and her new flashing daggers it's gonna be nutty

Я испытываю сложные чувства к этой игре. Я могу долго петь ей диферамбы и так же долго поливать её грязью. Но всё же я не могу не признать того, что разработчик пытается её улучшать и исправлять. И это прекрасно. Это даёт надежду на то, что через год-два из игры выйдет шедевр.
Ну и да эт самое... Выздоравливайте скорее, мистер стример. Болеть - не круто.

After trying all the new paths I absolutely love the changes. I especially love the fact that they gave sharp shot it’s own niche as a more backline to backline damage dealer, instead of basically just being wanderer but better. My one issue is even though it’s fun to use, yellowhand feels a bit weak, but maybe that’s just a skill issue on my end

I've just tried out the Bastard flame, Act 1 was interesting (took memoried heroes), got Collector in the first region almost straight away, fun times.
Librarian at 130 hp.
Also, for some reason, my general trophy that prevents movement kinda switched off at the locks? Did I miss something? It was working in the fight leading to the locks, and then noped out.
Yeah I talked about that in this video, they nerfed that trophy. The effect only lasts 5 rounds now
@@Britishbrat well that defeats all purpose. You can't plan anything if your skills need to include two scenarios

Iffy on HWM changes. His paths were already great besides removing the speed from sharpshot. Hell, yellowhand just seem worse now, and there is not bleed in thier "bleed oriented" path. Man . . .
Genuinely feels like they had no idea what they were doing with Dismas lol. Well besides new rogue, that seems thought out.
I think the exact problem WAS that HWM was so good. Sharpshot choked out all available options with how much better it made dismas, and Yellowhand DID get a buff, it's able to make use out of ALL of dismas' kit now, instead of getting pigeonholed into using melee skills cause yellowhand's flintlock was replaced with a bb gun.
Dismas' paths were all basically the same, except one made one made all your relevant skills better. Rogue was basically wanderer+, until you get displaced then it turns into wanderer-, and; Yellowhand was basically FORCING you to use melee skills in exchange for better open vein spam, and an extra token for the rare time an enemy had more than 2 positive tokens.
@@josh___something Wanderer was always a nothing choice, the punishment for not having any paths unlocked. I don't mind them making it something. And yellowhand stealing a bunch of tokens WAS huge.

Red Hook may just bring the other heroes up to the Plague Doctors level and just add optional modifiers to make the game harder.

I really don’t like the changes to Lunge GR. It really seems to weaken it and make it less of a team dance to a combo with yourself ability with the stealth usage. Also blight seems weaker like the rings trinket not helping but we will see.
How about darkest dungeon 1 series? :C
