Three years later and Mother Earth is still crying out Mni Wiconi! We are one, indeed! Thank you for this beautiful tribute! I remember crying without consolation, as I watched the horrors unfold during the most devastating battle against the peaceful water protectors! May God, and all of His Creation, stand with the warriors who bravely protect the only planet we have!

My tears won't stop this morning here on the west coast of Canada, Quw'utsun' territory, as the Water Protectors prepare to take the newest "Longest Walk" and Stand for the Water at Oceti. A group of precious Grandmothers and women sang this beautiful Sara Thomsen song at our fundraiser for Standing Rock in November. I Pray I Pray I Pray

that we must protect the water..... for without water.. there is no life
