no oven power try to bypass the timer with some easy wiring
modern oven will not light without a clock set - Навчання та стиль
This method will work on most of the oven clocks on the market currently. Its always useful to help customers get out of a difficult situation if you don't have the exact part on the van. See a lot of these issues around christmas!
this vid saved me many Pounds... Thanks Karl..
Thank you , paid seventy quid a year ago for a new timer but it blew again so your video has saved me wasting any more money .

Love your video helpful to watch
Used your video to by-pass my buzzing clock in 5 min flat. Thanks. Does that Clock/Timer board have a part number? Your oven board is 100% identical to my Elba/F&P panel.
At the time i looked to replace that board. I dont know the number off the top of my head now but I know it was around 80 uk pounds to buy just the board. That's why I did the bypass
@@KarlFixes Ha ha, Me too. I was hoping to do some digging and get lucky with a cheap one somewhere. eBay, maybe. It looks like the same board appears in a few different brands. Many thanks again !
@@KarlFixes is it possible to use smog oven without led start up buttons somehow they’ve all fallen off only 2 years old from new
Hi karl i have a double oven with a fan in the lower unit. (Lacuno , Beeko) the element around the fan does not heat up., power is live on each of the two spades. I have cleaned the contacts but still dead. If i remove the element and connect to mains independant of the oven ,it works fine??? ,(fan ,light and the other elements work fine.. any ideas ??? . Your video was great . Thank you.
unfortunately i cant help with this one, it sounds like it could be something on the main board that has gone thats not allowing power to the element to heat it
@@KarlFixes hi karl thank you for your message. The oven dose not seem to have a particular circuit board , everything seems mechanical. ! Have a happy new year.. ray
Great video thanks Karl. Mine has the same cabling setup just slightly different timer, which Im struggling to source. I replaced it 7 years ago when they were plentiful. Do I need to leave the board in to bypass it or can it be removed completely? Cheers, Billy
Hi i couldn't tell you honestly i moved house so no longer have that oven either to check i assume it can be removed as your bypassing it anyway
@@KarlFixes Thanks mate I took the clock out altogether in the end and it's working fine 👍
