sixpackshortcut...
Hey man,
It's Mike from sixpackshortcuts and I have my boy Ben Pakulski here to show you how to turn you weakest body parts to your strongest. This video will transform your thin arms into pythons and chicken legs to T-rex legs.
Video Breakdown:
2 Key factor
00:43 Need to learn to fully shorten and lengthen you muscles. Most people do not know how to train with a full range of motion. Learn in this video for visual examples of how to fully contract and lengthen you muscles to maxize muscle growth
03:53 Place tension on the muscle you choose instead of letting the exercise control the feel. Example when doing back exercises, create torque by pulling your arms apart while they are lock in a fixed position.
By using these tips, you'll be training more effectively and a lot more save.
And if you want to know 3 more tips for building the perfect body. Watch this video now:

ben is a wizard of intelliegence when it comes to working out
hes also an actual wizard
b pak is the man. good to see him get more exposure.
Steroids or not, these tips are gold.
This is why I love Ben! He's constantly trying to help people and thoroughly explain how to be efficient. I'm glad he showed some of the full range of motions and how to utilize intentions. I love his hypertrophy max program so far too. The man knows wtf he's doing.
Ben has single handedly changed the way I view weight training. The same technique "Outward Intention" can be applied to pulldowns/chins/pullups. I've never felt my lats just explode outward. I can pulldown nearly my own bodyweight (185lbs) or so for sets. I could only manage 45 pounds doing it with that technique. My lats were sore for days haha. When he says "who cares how much i can bench, my chest is bigger than yours" it speaks great volumes to form and muscle recruitment over ego.
When I first saw a Ben video, I painted an image of him which made me label him as not genuine, and a bit showy with terminology to boost the perceived image of his intelligence. After spending the last 2 hours watching his videos, I LOVE this dude!! Very effective and smart training methods, and love the "leave the ego out the door" mentality. New fan!
You should upload more videos with ben, that's the SPS we are use to,one of the best bodybuilding videos ever.thnx mike and ben
I watched this video this morning and I just came back from the gym. Well, I just want to thank you for the upload because, it worked for me and I feel great
MUCH better video than some of the recent Sixpackshortcuts. Keep it up Mike!
Wonderful guys. Thank you Mike for having Ben on. I would have never found this information on my own.
Seriously!!! Can't believe of all the advice I have had. I would get the best arm advice ever from UA-cam!!! Ben Thank You so much Man!!! I am now seeing my Tri's round out!!! Best pump I have ever had in a workout!!!!
These videos with Ben Pakulski are amazing, he's a genius! Never thought about weight training this way. Most people are just commenting on steroids while the points presented fly straight over their heads.
I like the fact that Mike isn't jealous at all, and is happy to let his subscribers see Ben and listen to his advice.
Thanks from bringing Ben in to your videos Mike. Ben's a really informative guy. I would definitely benefit from the advice here!
That was one of the best videos on body building I have ever seen great insight from a pro thanks Mike and Ben
man I don't usually watch these videos, but this guy had my curiousity engaged the entire time. Good video....need more like these.....
Some seriously great advice there Ben. Had no idea before hand the muscles that were being easily missed during my workouts. Will now focus more on targeting those extra muscles for full range of motion to get max results.

GREAT video! And GREAT advice, if only everyone at the gym had the same mindset, its all about form and leave your egos at the door. Thanks, can't wait to try these tips out!
This is way better than those tips on looking like a tool from the other guy... Form, workouts, and nutrition tips is what you need to keep in your videos.
Ben is the man, loved this video.
Top stuff Mike!!
Woudl be brill to have a full video on all the fully shortened and legthened muscle groups!! Ben and Mike pelase do this!!!

Awesome stuff and tips! Thanks to Mike and Ben! Reminds me of the TOWEL workouts Mike shown us before. Less weight (less prone to injury) and awesome tension workouts.
Thanks guys! Cheers! :)
Mike is sporting the half stache, on the whole though this tip is dirty. I got my back and biceps cut up from this advice. Thanks so much.
Wow Mike, This the one, this guy gave away wayyyy to many of his awesome secrets! Mike i have great respect for what you have been doing I my self am a young body builder, and I have noticed things in your work outs that you could tweak to help your body but this guy is giving you exactly what chu need!
Ben certainly knows his stuff! Thanks for the vid guys
It's great when mike does a video with someone cos you know the info is even more reliable. Mike, you've done vids on how to loose belly fat, could you possibly do fat loss exercise vids for muscles like back and shoulders cos I wanna get even more toned. Keep it going bro!
Man ive been working out for years and learned alot but never heard of this. Cant wait to put these tips in my workouts.
best video i've seen yet on how to build muscle. AMAZING video. thanks a lot :)
great stuff!! and fun to see Mike struggle for a change! :)
Keep on the great work Mike!
I have Ben's MI-40 program so I can answer this question. The most important thing for side delts, is to make sure that the side delt is always ON TOP when doing lateral raises. Most people externally rotate their shoulders at the top of the range and shift the emphasis to the front delts and lose tension on the side delts. Side delts are fully shortened exactly the way you would think, by raising your arms, the problem with side delts is keeping constant tension, which most people neglect to do
Have this guy on more often... he's smart and gives good tips!
amazing man, and Mr Ben Pakulski was really informative and honest, what a cool guy, thanks for the great upload Mike..
make sence.. i watch this about 10 times..
thru out my bodybuilding years. why i cant get more volume in shot minimum of time.
love this
it depends what the 3 BEST compound movements are based on your goals. I say definitely squats, bench press and deadlift for overall strength. Ben's insight on form will be helpful.
This guy's so knowledgeable, love these videos great tips!
Pak-man is killin it. Keep it up and thanks.
This is genius technology. Thanks! Can you do series of vids showing different body part exercises using this concept?
This video was awesome. Works perfect for me because tomorrow is tri's and back day. Thanks Mike and Ben
juiced or not they are selling you a lot of good information about training, dieting, etc. Ben is one of the most knowledgeable fitness guys on youtube. I've been following his advice for a while now and seeing improvements by the week.
Hey Mike, I have a few questions:
1 When would be the best time to work out?
2 After doing certain cardio workouts, I can usually only go for about 20 min. After that I need to puke, but in about 15 min I can go again. What should I add in with my cardio days?
3 I was thinking of becoming a Personal Trainer when I get out of college. Do you have any tips or advice that helped you to start getting clients. I asked my Dad about it but he didn't totally aprove, but it is the one thing I love to do.
I need to see these exercises applied. I understand the concept but it would be great help to see it actually being performed.
This and last week's videos are awesome. I understand much better how to efficiently work these different body parts now, the only part that I'm still curious about is shoulders!
Thank you Ben and Mike keep goin this way because u too 2 are amazing
great tips i'll use right now, BIG UP
Mike. This is awesome. More of this for more exercises please!!!!!!!!
this made me having the best workout of my life so far...i will continue with that
excellent video. please do a another video of the top three compound movements explaining the proper form to initiate the major muscle groups. PLEASEE
Thanks Guys, Your videos are making the difference in my training.
I totally agree and you got to have the fire. I totally changed my physique back in my 40s when I saw I was getting soft and had less stamina. I did not like what I saw in the mirror. I took control and worked out hard and smart but never looked like Ben or Mike and that;s OK, I did my personal best and kept shooting to go past that. i am 60 now and still lift regularly. My main stays are Bench, dead lift and squat. I also do core work and do hit the arms and shoulders. I love it.
Bring this guy back again he is intelligent and provides some excellent tips
Great tips mike. I especially like the push up tip.
Mike, please more on these techniques as applied to other muscle sets, cheers.
i would love like an hour long video of being taught full range techniques for each muscle. would be so helpful and time efficient (build muscle faster)
Thanks mate! much appreciated.
Great video, I learned a lot from it! I'm excited to apply these tips to my workouts! :)
Ben knows what he is talking about, looking forward to using this
Damn. Ben is the definition of Mind & Muscle connection.
Thank for the feedback. I don't doubt that he works out hard and is dedicated but his development looks enhanced.
Good job Mike...you choose the right man!
Awesome Stuff! You should have this guy on more with his tips of the trade. 20 push-ups just felt like 100!
I'd love BPak's advice for shoulders (all 3 parts of it) ! And thanks for the video!
I'm doing back today so I'll give this a try. Would love more videos for tips on the other parts. Personally I struggle with chest growth, would love to see tips for this. I'm guessing with a bench press you grip the bar and press inwards...? I'll experiment but videos would be great.
If you could make a video of a workout with these kind of movements I would totally benefit from it sooo much!!!! Please mike!
Mike man i did some of your workouts today on my shoulders and bis and tris that pushed me to the max i plan to follow your tips till i look like ben here haha good job bro thanks alot
i just did the some of the thing that u guys were talking about, and man it works like crazy.
One of your better vids mike thanks!
Good tips.
I'd like to know more positions for full range on each segment of the body! Specially upper body. Thanks mike and ben!
Thats actually a crazy difference when you work out. Great tip.
Wow, pull the bar apart. That is great considering its back day for me and its really hard to engage when doing bent over rows, thank you.
12:20 , that tip was amazingly awesome
Bens biology is fucking sickk man, graduate level, he has a channel and its pretty good
I love the advice that is given here, but it'd be great to know some exercises for popular body parts so we all know ways to go through the full range of motion.
Ben pakulski rocks he is so good at explaining everyrhing about a muscle
Awesome video. Great information. Thanks guys!
BEN AND MIKE INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This might actually be my favorite bodybuilding video I've seen, out of the maybe 100 or so on youtube. Really great tips and will likely change my workout drastically. Be a bodybuilder and intelligent as fuck? Sign me up!
Ben Pakulski is a born teacher.
Mike. I believe it would help us all if you did a work out video with Ben Pakulski showing exercises in detail for biceps, triceps, back, chest, quads, hamstrings and other muscles. Details being how to put continuous tension to get the best results. You give tips and techniques in the videos but you don't hit all of the exercises in one.
Great advice guys, thanks for posting.
awesome video! really useful. keep doin videos like this
Thank you to Ben after doing the bicep he was talking about ones I saw a results
Yeah, I meant it works in an all-or-nothing fashion. It can only contract or not contract. When it contracts, it rotates your humerus inwards via the shoulder joint. The exact movement (pushing vs bringing arm across body) depends on arm position and which other muscles are acting on the humerus.
Anyway, this doesn't change the fact that the same area of your chest is activated whether you are pushing or bringing your arm across your body, which is what we are discussing.
Awesome advice. Saved to favorites.
I'll be trying this today! Thx
Amazing mike tried the tips with pushup no only I can do more reps but feel my chest thighs and abs tighten up
Thanks for this info!! Already shared it on my blog.
Ben is massive and so knowledgeable!!
these are the mike chang videos i came o love
Please make a vid illustrating this technique in different exercises. Highly appreciate it.
This reminds me of Mikes old video where he was using a towel, using tension and what not, that was a cool workout
awesome video, i want to use this tomorrow
That's great! Even though It'll be a few decades until I'm your age, I like your mentality. With that kind of mindset, almost anyone can live up to over 100 years old and feel energized and awesome!
