    sixpackshortcut...
    Hey man,
It's Mike from sixpackshortcuts and I have my boy Ben Pakulski here to show you how to turn you weakest body parts to your strongest. This video will transform your thin arms into pythons and chicken legs to T-rex legs.
    Video Breakdown:
    2 Key factor
00:43 Need to learn to fully shorten and lengthen you muscles. Most people do not know how to train with a full range of motion. Learn in this video for visual examples of how to fully contract and lengthen you muscles to maxize muscle growth
03:53 Place tension on the muscle you choose instead of letting the exercise control the feel. Example when doing back exercises, create torque by pulling your arms apart while they are lock in a fixed position.
By using these tips, you'll be training more effectively and a lot more save.
And if you want to know 3 more tips for building the perfect body. Watch this video now:
    sixpackshortcut...
I've always had trouble getting ripped. I tried all types of workouts and even experimented with dangerous supplements, but still saw no results. Things really turned around for me once I discovered this 1 muscle workout "trick" to getting ripped abs. Now all my workouts are so much more effective and I finally have the ripped and muscular body that I've always wanted.
Learn the 1 "trick" I used to finally get ripped and muscular. Watch it now:
    sixpackshortcut...
    Train hard,

This is why I love Ben! He's constantly trying to help people and thoroughly explain how to be efficient. I'm glad he showed some of the full range of motions and how to utilize intentions. I love his hypertrophy max program so far too. The man knows wtf he's doing.

Ben has single handedly changed the way I view weight training. The same technique "Outward Intention" can be applied to pulldowns/chins/pullups. I've never felt my lats just explode outward. I can pulldown nearly my own bodyweight (185lbs) or so for sets. I could only manage 45 pounds doing it with that technique. My lats were sore for days haha. When he says "who cares how much i can bench, my chest is bigger than yours" it speaks great volumes to form and muscle recruitment over ego.

When I first saw a Ben video, I painted an image of him which made me label him as not genuine, and a bit showy with terminology to boost the perceived image of his intelligence. After spending the last 2 hours watching his videos, I LOVE this dude!! Very effective and smart training methods, and love the "leave the ego out the door" mentality. New fan!

I have Ben's MI-40 program so I can answer this question. The most important thing for side delts, is to make sure that the side delt is always ON TOP when doing lateral raises. Most people externally rotate their shoulders at the top of the range and shift the emphasis to the front delts and lose tension on the side delts. Side delts are fully shortened exactly the way you would think, by raising your arms, the problem with side delts is keeping constant tension, which most people neglect to do

Hey Mike, I have a few questions:
1 When would be the best time to work out?
2 After doing certain cardio workouts, I can usually only go for about 20 min. After that I need to puke, but in about 15 min I can go again. What should I add in with my cardio days?
3 I was thinking of becoming a Personal Trainer when I get out of college. Do you have any tips or advice that helped you to start getting clients. I asked my Dad about it but he didn't totally aprove, but it is the one thing I love to do.

I totally agree and you got to have the fire. I totally changed my physique back in my 40s when I saw I was getting soft and had less stamina. I did not like what I saw in the mirror. I took control and worked out hard and smart but never looked like Ben or Mike and that;s OK, I did my personal best and kept shooting to go past that. i am 60 now and still lift regularly. My main stays are Bench, dead lift and squat. I also do core work and do hit the arms and shoulders. I love it.

  • @Alexiaden93

Yeah, I meant it works in an all-or-nothing fashion. It can only contract or not contract. When it contracts, it rotates your humerus inwards via the shoulder joint. The exact movement (pushing vs bringing arm across body) depends on arm position and which other muscles are acting on the humerus.
Anyway, this doesn't change the fact that the same area of your chest is activated whether you are pushing or bringing your arm across your body, which is what we are discussing.
