they are easy thats why i didnt think i needed to explain that. put a flat head screw drive where the little slits are to pry it up. dont be to careless or they will break if they do ebay has em cheap. 3 bucks for like 10

Anyone know why only one light flickers and then turns off after a minute? It's got power all the way to the connection at the headlight. I'm guessing its the ballast?
What about the headlight washer nozzles and covers?

top screws are visible, bottom screws become visible with removing the grill slightly off to the side.
