Oh sweetie - I am just astounded at your positive, bubbly attitude when facing such health adversaties!! Wishing you continued courage & many thanks for sharing!
Most of the time our healthy friends, neighbors, family members, colleagues, bosses, etc simply have NO IDEA when it comes to the simplest of things. You are definitely an inspiration!! 😊
God bless & please take care!

Packing with my CHD which is TOF/APV, Celiac, and Asthma is a lot of work. It’s worth it to travel and have fun.

This is awesome! I understand the packing struggle lol I have HRHS, doing good right now so I don't have to pack as much when I go on trips, but the medication is my biggest fear of forgetting xD Glad to see you seem to be doing good! Keep it up!

Your dog is so cute :)
Bless you, I remember how packing my daughter old ng feed supplies and meds took forever, even for just a day out
Thankfully she now only takes aspirin, but if we travel away from her hospital I have to contact the local hospital to let them know a HLHSer will be in their range and may need yellow card access
My daughter has a wish trip coming up in october, for the plane she will need oxygen as her saturations are only 75-85, we’ve never had oxygen outside of the hospital before, have you been on a plane with yours? Whats the protocol? I’m so worried about it and the hospital really rushed through teaching me how to use it

Hi! I have flown on aoxygen and it went really well. You can rent an oxygen machine for flying. You may have to talk to the insurance or hospital about it. Have the batteries charged up and have extra ready. And it should have the rules on the airplane website. I hope it all goes well for her. And if you have any questions you can reach me through my Instagram. And I hope she has a blast on her wish trip! :) and best wishes to her.

What heart defect do you have? Sorry I’m new.
