In kitchen u have uses corian countertop. It may appear attractive but it is prone to heat ( it will melt ). It is not advisable for such houses. Ur comment pls?
At the entrance before sitout compound wall and main pillar there is a narrow space. Either it should have enough space for movement or the main pillar should be planned annexing the compound wall.
Here the space is congested.
If it would be split level ,seems to be good

Really plan is great, within available space 4 bhk along such amenities are commendable, every customer have their own requirements, comparatively hall may small, but we can accommodate them with other places, nowadays which is not big concern

The house is amazing, but it would be better if the hall was more spacious and not connected to the dining room. The dining room and kitchen should also be given importance, and the hall.

3.7 cents which is 1600 sqft comes only for ground floor, wt abt the first floor? So 1600 x 2200 = 35,20,000, first floor is free ah?
You are calculation is wrong, this is duplix house, 35 lak will be normal. No much difference between this guys and other builder's. We can consider this video is their promotion only, nothing much.

Correctly said. Even though it's a budget friendly home Hall is the most important part. The builders totally damaged the look of the home. Even the gap between outer walls and compound wall is very very small. Bathroom size is like a miniature model. This video will not promote the builder but will demote others going to this builder. Even if the owner is insisting on the size of rooms the builder must explain about the cons. In this case the builder has absolutely let down the owner.
