Hats off to the engineers, designers and builders. Broke all stereotypes. But a house wife feeling would be, if we bring all the things inside home, it may look congested ..!! And hand rails in staircase is not child safe at all.. small baby will fall down..
Exactly, why don't they use vertical rods instead of design & horizontal running. Also, entering the house with the toilet also not good, could have done a small room downstairs
What a beautiful house with less square feet and low budget it looks amazing. When one can build a beautiful house with this much amount then why r the builders are asking crores and crores. They are cheating the public and minting so much money
It's because people are not ready to put their effort for their own house, they just want to pay and others to take care of everything. In our house myself and builders are friends and we had planned everything based on the budget.

Luckily u got a good builder so u chose that, if every one gets good builder like this person then people may choose to have their own individual house.

Well designed. Architects have well thought to have come up with these plan for a small plot. Very suitable for very young couple's. Unfortunately, this type is not suitable for those who have elders at home.
A toilet right after opening the main door, is a minus from my point of view And there is no toilet on first floor 😣, fridge kept right between the entrence of kitchen makes a very small entry out, double toilets and too many wardrobe space making the rooms look more cramped On second floor , I don't think elderly people or people with heath issues can utilise the house.
@@karthicksurya1470 same builder have done the interior by using his carpenter. We didn't go for seperate interior designer as I already designed and clear about choices myself. You can contact builder for current rates
