I was born into the tradition of Christianity, and be that right or wrong it has given me reason and purpose to serve Him and put Him first in all aspects of my life...or at least I try. So when Torah says that He had a desire to create the world because he saw the deeds of the righteous, what does that mean? If Yakov and Esav are brothers and he picked Yakov, does that mean Esav isn't his child? And if they are both His children but one is better than the other, isn't that contradicting the theory that Yakov is NOT chosen because he is better?
