Make sure your planting foot is pointing towards your target, strike through the middle of the ball and also follow through towards your target. Keep practicing mate 👍

Here are some things that may help: Make sure you’re not bearing too much weight on the injury in early stages to allow inflammation to settle. If you’re able to do other forms of activity such as cycling or swimming to minimise losses in fitness/strength, that’s really helpful. Of course, proper hydration, nutrition and sleep are going to be massively important in your recovery too 👍

Does anyone know how long it would take to master this 9:20 ? I have been doing this once a week for almost a year now but still can't perform a one-touch or two touches only against the wall. Always needs to juggle in between to adjust it. Has anyone got some tips that can help me?
It’s different for everyone mate. We all have different speeds of learning, so go at your own pace, staying consistent with it and you’ll master it eventually 💪
No video will help you with that mate, you just need to manage your time. Allocate set times in your day for training and for studying, then just stick to it. Just like any skills, your time management skills will improve the more you practice them 👍
