Looks great. Will the entries show up in search results? I'm using a plugin now to display Gravity Forms entries in a directory format but they don't appear in search results.
Do you mean you want them to show up in search results alongside with posts, pages, etc? If so, no, the entries are not a custom post type so they exist separately from your WordPress posts.
Is there any way to filter results with conditional rules? For example show all employees whose current employment status is active?
