    Is there any way to filter results with conditional rules? For example show all employees whose current employment status is active?

      Yup! If you want to only ever show a specific subset of entries, you can use the Entry Query filters to modify which entries will be displayed in the block.

      If you want to let the viewing user filter what they're seeing, you can use the Filters block:

    Looks great. Will the entries show up in search results? I'm using a plugin now to display Gravity Forms entries in a directory format but they don't appear in search results.

      Do you mean you want them to show up in search results alongside with posts, pages, etc? If so, no, the entries are not a custom post type so they exist separately from your WordPress posts.
