Re IBIS, some advise turning camera power on and IBIS off, so as to minimize sensor movement. To minimize dust, clean sensor in bathroom - first run shower for 2 min, let moisture settle. Avoid canned aerosols; propellant can chill/freeze surface. Another easy way to check for dust is to photograph a white surface while moving the camera in a circular pattern - use wide open aperture and long exposure of several seconds. Sensor dirt will be visible as dark spots when you zoom in on the image in playback mode. Cheers!
in my photography I shoot wide open the majority of time so a few spots on my sensor doesn't notice , I have cleaned my sensor with a swab & good advice just get it done & don't worry about it to much
I have a bottle of lab grade methanol which I use for my sensors. Apparently the popular sensor cleaning fluid is methanol but at a much higher price. I also use it for cleaning electrical contacts and my glasses.
Chris, great close ups.
Hahaha. Yeah sorry about that 😳 hope your well thanks for the comment and time to view
Chris.

Not "wide open" but rather stopped all the way down to F16 or F22...

Great idea Scott. Always good to know what everyone else is using. Thanks again. Chris.
