I got what I thought was a good deal on these 40 volt Ryobi mowers that were Home Depot customer returns or overstock. Two of them were new and one was lightly used. I only got one charger and no batteries with them. I was able to source chargers and batteries so I could sell them as individual working units. That's good you made it out.Nothing I would buy as batteries lawn mowers. I can't keep batteries drills from dead so fast. Batteries don't last long at all and to so much plastic when you hit a tree root rock or anything like that blade break right off I had another UA-camr tell me that. THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO

When it comes to battery mowers, the only good ones, are the commercial units. You usually find commercial battery mowers with all metal decks, from the major tool suppliers like Milwaukee, Dewallt, Makita. But all of those commercial battery mowers are around 1000 dollars. They have cheaper stuff for the consumer though, but they are those same kind of plastic decks. At the end of the day, Ryobi has always been well known for garbage equipment, because they make them cheaper then dirt in Chian. Ego is a popular brand of battery lawn equipment, but in doing my research, I decided to avoid them due to battery and charger issues. I bought a Makita 40V commercial battery string trimmer, and its got the power of a 25cc gas unit, works great!
