  • Last year we purchased our first electric lawn mower the Ryobi 54" 80V, cutting our property 2x a week on 4 acres. This tractor was awesome. What would normally cost me $120 a month on gas, with the electric lawn mower. It only cost me $27 for the whole season, which is March-December here in Florida. This is what opened my eyes to the entire battery-powered lawn equipment. This is why we went to Greenworks Commercial: Ryobi was not up for commercial use. Which, in their defense, they have always stated that it is only for non-commercial use. So many people have tried to get into the commercial market using this mower, it is the cheap way of getting into it but it just doesn't cut it. I wouldn't recommend this mower for commercial use, only residential. If you want to get a good electric mower that is residential but can still be used for commercial is the EGO. A few commercial guys use them and do well with them.

Funny that you ask that, I might do it eventually because I have been getting a lot of inquiries about the cameras and how I film. Funny thing is, I don't put a lot of thought into it, I just shoot it and edit it. Although I do have a little bit experience filming, like 30 years filming commercials, docus, and you name it I have done it. So when I film this I don't put a lot of thought into it, I just document what I am doing. I am trying to make this not seem like work, but I can see myself getting deeper into editing and the quality of the videos, that is only if the channel hopefully one day gets sponsorship and advertisers, then I will go all out. Thank you for your comment.

Hey can you explain the update Ryobi did in more detail?

The best way I can explain is that they updated the charger and the batteries. And did something else to the actual more itself? But I don't know too much.. Overall, the mower is still a piece of junk. It has broken down over 6 time's I have replaced every motor in it since I have owned i, and it only has 100 hours on it.. But that being said, I still love that thing. It's awesome.
