This apartment was only affordable for me during covid as mostly all rent prices dropped but it ended up being like the same price as a dorm so somehow it worked about but it’s between $1.7k - $1.9k for both my roommate and me :)
the lease is a year for this apartment but i plan on living in nyc for the next few years while I’m at college & after college it will def depend on where i get a job!! Xo

But yeah liv and i are still BEST FRIENDS & see each other basically every other day haha and i think it worked out for the best bc we still are so so close & my roommate and i have become so incredibly close going in without knowing each other but i love them both, couldn’t be more grateful to have them in my life!!!💗💗
