Lol tysm this rly helped. I'm not very good I'm just a plat but before I could get 1-2 heli resets before losing control. Now after this I can get 5-6. It really helped because you explained so well. Lmao before I would stall then spin, stop spinning, stall, then start spinning again.

Inverted tornado spin into stop pressing air roll and keep the stick going for setup, then use air roll only for adjustments of keeping the belly up, gotcha. I already instinctively do something similar but I start with opposite side tornado spin and then switch air roll button to flip over. I use square and circle for air rolls and am more skilled with a/r left but I have trained myself to mirror my skill on the other air roll I prefer that over using the left stick for stalls, it feels like it would fuck up muscle memory for future mechanical discoveries in the scene if I limited myself to think separate for the two air rolls. I used to skateboard and riding in switch stance was always something I was fascinated with mostly because I could not do it xD. But I believe there is great value into having binds setup that you can easily mirror what you learn with one side and translate to the other for competitive consistency. But then again, you are SSL XD Thanks a lot for sharing your vision of the game it is a lot more valuable than simply understanding the inputs, it explains how you actually process it mentally and break it down!. This video is a bit long but very thorough and makes a lot more sense to me than your short video on stalls where I was thinking you should break down more the actual movements before getting in depth about breaking down your inputs. The actual logic of the car's movements of sorts. I'm rumble main also, so getting rid of power on left stick is a hard habit I don't look forward to changing XD I actually think having power button on left stick taught me to be more gentle with my stick manipulation to avoid accidental presses and premature powerejection 🤭

I have the same cintroller layout except my stall is on square.
When i press my stick to the right tho i flip instead of stalling I only stal to the left side of the stick.

It is necessary to have Air Roll Left and Right? I use manual air roll and air roll right but when feathering (opposite tornado spin) I can't stall. Should I change my controls or is there a way to do it without both airroll
Are you able to inverted tornado drag the ball for a long period of time? It's a move I realized was possible a long time ago but I'm not very consistent at drags overall. Looks like it would work very similar to heli resets but I wonder if you think it's easy or hard compared to those. If it's not named already I want to name it ice cream cone dribble XD
Hi i have a question about the vid so basically ive found that when i do the inverted tornado spin i have to suddenly put my stick to the other side of the inpput to stall so ig when i learned stalls I just learned them from the other side. any tips on that since i have abt 1k hours of freestyling i cant rlly switch the way i stall. I stall with air roll right and tornado spin with that so when i need to stall i put the stick to the left its weird for heli any tips

Is it not possible to use normal tornado spins instead of inverted? Meaning with air roll right I spin left and stall left?
Im currently trying to learn helis using the whipback method and i struggle with getting the perfect counter input. Would you reccomend learning to use my other air roll? I use left mainly and can use right for minor comp things but freestyling i struggle with right air roll.
this is what im having a problem with this, i have my air roll left on x and my air roll right on b so it makes it impossible for me to do it, and i cant rebind air roll right because i use it there all the time and it would take me a long time to get used to a different bind

I’m really comfortable with left stick input while doing helis and resets in general but I go off the wall with air roll right. Should I just learn to go off the wall with air roll left or take the time to learn resets with right stick input? Super helpful video btw

U can do that or also keep your stick on the left side and stall quickly with airroll right rather than moving ur stick to the right. Both work.
U can also try and start maining airroll right on your helis so that u just keep ur stick on the right side. Both work
Anything works really. I would recommend learning the stall with airroll right so u keep ur stick on the left side. But its mostly preference.

Ok so you are using right airroll but then your stick is on the right for the stall so what button are you using for left airroll to cancel your right dodge?

I was wondering if the break n the wall is worth it, when i do it even if i do it rly shortly i lose too much momentum and wast boost to get to the ball while i realised just releasing the drive button just makes u lose enough speed without forcing u to use too much boost
that works as well sure, the break on the wall is super super tiny tho, u shouldnt be loosing too much speed if u do it right

I don’t understand how you stall while doing the inverted tornado spin. I just do a side flip to the left when I do left air roll and keeping my left joy stick to the left
Then you have 2 options like I mentioned. The whip back stall with AR L or the normal with AR R binded and u keep ur stick to the left

@@LuvFrosty I know this is even later than your reply but in order to stall on console you have to move the stick the opposite way to your air roll let/right when pressing L3 and X at the same time to perform the stall (playstation) - therefore whilst inverted tornado spinning it is impossible to stall whilst keeping the stick in the same direction because you just flip sideways. I think this is what Bak means. Is it the same on PC or no?
@@rkg5213 I’m pretty sure it’s the same on pc but I’m not really sure what you mean what I meant by my comment is mak uses a airroll on his stick like his airroll is down on his left stick you can see it when he stalls at 3:36 he presses down on it which is why it turns dark grey

Can someone tell me how to Get colores in training, i use bakkesmode and evertthing is grey in training, but Pulse have colores. Help me fix that
its a a setting in bakkes mod on freeplay tab check "use normal car color"
