Voicemeter Potato setup with DAW/SDR Transceiver/OBS

THIS SOFTWARE IS TRASH. NO LONGER USE IT.
Finally, here's how I got Potato running on all devices. I had 2 driver errors this am in windows. I reinstalled the realtek drivers from my MB disk and now all is well. This eliminates the need for the second soundcard completely. Time will tell if it's stable.
