This time I share a tutorial on how to make a rebound front shock. How to make the front shock soft and rebound, you must first understand the function and workings of the internal components of the shock. The most important part that affects the rebound or not in a shock, namely: the condition of the valve ring on the flute pipe. The condition of the valve rings is good, it will bite when we put it in the axle shock pipe which will later help pull and push the oil to flow from the shock tube or vice versa, in other words, the function of the valve ring is to compress the shock oil. Next is the condition of the hole in the flute pipe (we can customize this as needed) The next component of the hole at the end of the shock pipe must be precise with the diameter of the flute pipe. If it is loose, it will cause shock oil to escape from this slack gap. While the performance of the shock is good, the oil circulation when moving from the shock pipe to the shock tube or vice versa must go through the holes in the flute pipe. Next, the use of a thicker shock oil will help the performance of the shock to rebound more This is the main point that I will discuss in the video. Coba ganti oli dulu mas. Kalo per bawaan menurutku bukan penyebab utamanya,kecuali pernah kering oli akibat bocor dan di bagian per terjadi korosi. Sebenarnya faktor utama adalah perbandingan oli dan udara di dalam sok terlalu sedikit.lebih jelasnya silakan cek vidio ini mas 👇
