Through achieving your goals , one day you live in your dream because you created it without even noticing . It is like the dream is the painting and every brush of colour is a goal
So, I am sitting here, just began to watch this particular vlog & Mel I got several goals for 2025 1st heal from the loss of my spouse of 26 years - honor his memory & find ME 2nd continue with my health goals- sign up for an 8 week fitness challenge- starts in February & I want to run 5 - 5ks Then, the real scary 1 for me, I need to get financially smart - maybe even invest - my beloved passed right after his 55th birthday, thought we had more time & closed out his savings & 401k & no life insurance- so now its just me & my college aged son, who is graduating this year - so I have to learn how to make my $ work for me
3 Things That Helped Me Achieve Wealth: 1. I stopped telling myself, "I’ll do it tomorrow." 2. I started watching videos by Mel Robbins. 3. I read a book called The Gilded Nexus of Prosperity
Thank Mel excelente podcast, got to get to the repes. Congratulations on this new book Yes it works but you have to make it work for you.(.) ❤ From Puerto 🇵🇷 Rico USA
This video posted as soon as I woke up. I wrote down my goals right away in the notes on my phone before I got out of bed. Thank you. I needed to hear this right now. Let’s go!
Hearing your personal story about how you began doing what you do was exactly what I needed! I realized that I am not the only one who can get stuck going in circles instead of taking steps forward. But we can push through and achieve our goals! Thank you! ❤️
This was God sent, 6 steps 1. Set your goals 2. Write down them down, How will you know you achieved them 3. Find the formula 4. Do the reps 5. Build systems to make it easy 6. Don’t quit
Thank you so much for saying it’s ok to not do the reps for a month as long as I don’t quit. I’m stuck and it takes time to develop. I feel pressure to perform everyday despite have 2 disorders. I have been telling people my sadness my stuckness is not me giving up. I’ve been saying I need to hit pause until this passes. I’ve been screaming that I have hit pause. I have been punishing myself for hitting pause because I didn’t let people. Let them or let me. Today because of your words “it’s ok not to do the reps” it’s ok to rest to absorb. To let go and let God. This will pass and my desire and motivation will return as long as I don’t quit. Thank you Mel!❤️❤️❤️
Omg. Your story of posting on social media … overthinking it … obsessively checking likes and then deleting right away is 1000% me. 😂 I don’t feel so alone anymore. I really need to work on this. Definitely keeping me stuck!
I get mad fun of by my family because I write everything down. I feel like it keeps me grounded. I make a list of things to do that day and as I complete them I cross them off. It makes me feel so accomplished. I also lay my workout clothes out the night before and know what workout I will be doing. On Sunday I get my work clothes ready for the week. Then, I don’t have to waste time looking for something to wear daily. My family thinks I’m crazy but I don’t care because it works for me. 😃
Always love her, so REAL and down to earth, remember she was starting her podcasts when podcasts were getting started. Ooh do I sound old? Girl, got those let them books in your room, they're sold out everywhere!😊 love ya, thank you for your expertise!😊
I just watched your podcast on 6 Steps to Achieve Any Goal, and I have to say it was incredibly powerful and practical! Your insights on breaking down goals into manageable steps and focusing on consistent action really hit home for me. I’ve read about goal-setting before, but the way you explained it made everything feel so achievable. Thank you for sharing such valuable content - it’s exactly what I needed to hear today!
Excellent advice. These steps truly do work. I have journaled for many years. After reading through old journals, every single thing came true I wrote down. Mel you are so smart and inspirational ❤
The law of attraction is incredibly powerful. I write letters to the universe thanking it in advance for all of the wonderful things I achieved (even if I haven’t achieved the goal yet, I act as if I have). In the law of attraction world it’s called scripting & it works almost every single time! 😊
I was listening to the podcast and had to rush here because of what Mel said at 44:09 😂. I'm a resistant person to goals, but what she said about us expecting repetitious things to be fun, and that admitting I don't want to do it because it is tough to do ... both of those points were new to me and helping me to look at achieving goals differently. I hadn't realized how unconsciously I was judging myself for not being excited about exercising and reaping the benefits of it. I wasn't getting the point of any of it until I realized I was expecting myself to like setting and achieving goals, and to put on a smile while doing it. I don't have to like the steps that I need to take to achieve my goals ... because it's tough mentally to overcome my hurdles. Just acknowledging this, to learn I have to do stuff not because it's fun, but necessary for what I want in my life ... I'm getting it finally!
16:40 This video is truly impressive! Mel not only walks us through the six-step process she used to get out of debt, become a bestselling author, and start her podcast, but also shares practical tips to help you stay motivated when times get tough. From her personal experiences to actionable advice, this content offers a clear roadmap for anyone looking to turn dreams into reality.
Wow Mel! I’m excited! Such great detail for each step. The one I learned was do the reps and don’t quit even if you need to pick it up again! Thanks so much! Good luck everyone!
Mel, you had me at writing a book and Ford Bronco - two longterm dreams of mine that need to become goals. I've listened to many of your podcasts and this, in my opinion, is your best one yet. So insightful and thoughtful and real. Thank you and happy new year❤
Thank you Mel. I knew your channel about a month ago and I'm loving it. Your words are adding wise e motivation to my days. Regards from Curitiba-Brazil
Thank you, Mel, for breaking down goal-setting in such a practical and inspiring way! Your advice about focusing on consistent actions really resonates-it's a game-changer. Grateful for your wisdom and energy!
Mel, these steps sound so great. I have lived my life for others for so long I got lost in the process. With your help and the help of my amazing therapist, I am discovering me! Thank you
Thank you Mel, ❤ l didn't realise i had actually achieved some of my goals until listening to this. Gosh how life gets in the way just with everyday stuff. I am now more aware of me.❤
Thank you so much value in one video. Now that I threw away all the plastic dishes out of my home, I will now write down my goals and do the reps words my new Career. Also I will purchase your book. Thank you Mel for all you do to help encourage the ones who have no one. I truly appreciate it. ❤
YES this is awesome and motivating!! The RED CAR theory! What is the Red Car Theory? The Red Car Theory is based on a simple premise: if you are thinking about buying a red car, you will suddenly start noticing red cars everywhere. This is not because there are suddenly more red cars on the road, but rather because your mind is now attuned to noticing them.
Hi Mel😊 It’s your friend Amir. 🤭 Best opening line out there by zillion miles.😊🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️ Ive just found you recently & you got me with your beautiful, heartfelt opening line. I must say you are truly incredible & you have been an inspiration & massive boost to my life. Thank you ever so much for being there for all of us & appreciate all your hard work. Stay magnificent. Sending your way so much ❤️, good vibes & appreciations. 🙏🏼👏🏼🙇🏻🫅🏼❤️🌷
I think the thing is, when folks see "formula" and think "copying", they're really thinking, "taking a shortcut" or "not putting the hard work in". Whereas using a formula still means working hard, but just in a more organised manner that's more likely to succeed.
Mel you are bsolutely amazing in your ability to motivate and make things so clear and tangible. The energy you share is truly contagious, inspiring to take action and move forward with confidence! Thank you and we are lucky you never gave up ! 😂
❤️🔥🫡👊🏼 love you Mel. Your book is great! I really felt for you when you were lonely after you moved house. Wish I lived near you we’d definitely be friends 🙌🏼❤️
So funny Mel, the Ford Bronco is my want. I saw it, wanted it but it has bad reviews. Still see it everyday! You notice them everywhere. Thank you for all you do!! Implementing these now.

Mel, how many goals are too many? I have three for this year, plus a possible fourth. I’ve run 100 mile races - I can do the reps, I’m tenacious. How do I focus on just one when three are so important??
But what do you do when one do not have a goal? I dont know how to find my passion or what i want in life... but I know and feel i want more.. something different but I dont know what...
You are already on You Tube to watch this. Search what you're specifically looking for on there. You can find anything. For example I use it a lot for things like fixing little things on my car so I dont have to bug husband or son's. It feels good to be empowered.

Well said!
Great analogy 🙌🏼
So, I am sitting here, just began to watch this particular vlog & Mel I got several goals for 2025
1st heal from the loss of my spouse of 26 years - honor his memory & find ME
2nd continue with my health goals- sign up for an 8 week fitness challenge- starts in February & I want to run 5 - 5ks
Then, the real scary 1 for me, I need to get financially smart - maybe even invest - my beloved passed right after his 55th birthday, thought we had more time & closed out his savings & 401k & no life insurance- so now its just me & my college aged son, who is graduating this year - so I have to learn how to make my $ work for me
I say to myself when I struggle to do what I need but don’t want to do-
“I do what I hate, NOW to get what I LOVE, forever.
YES!! I love this 👏
Now understand why I never "worked on" my goals. I was always in the idea or planning stage. This year's different now. Thanx so much!
You are so welcome!

I'll buy you dinner for this recommendation
