- And just like that, it's race week!
I'll be racing Timberman 70.3 this weekend which will be my first race back in almost two years.

Thanks for all updates. The Tim video was truly a shock and I’m glad to hear he is on the upward swing from that regardless of how it pans out. You all are truly trying to balance and facilitate the best of all worlds and I am rooting for you to make it all work to whatever degree it can.

I’m really curious what meds he is on now.. Beta Blockers .. if so how is handling them during his workouts? They absolutely destroyed my workouts.. it seriously sucked.

Plaque is from too much animal fat in the diet, Atherosclarosis its called, is Tim on Niacin? That saved my grandfather lived till he was 95 he had 2-3 heart attacks himself, he still was eating meat at the end of his days but sparingly...I would check out a plant based diet , even chicken has a lot of saturated fats clog the arteries..
