Sir, you can fit 90/90x12 Ceat Milaze TL for front wheel in Activa 125 but you will definitely face porblems in thr foreseeable future. That is because Caet Milaze is a block type pattern which when fitted on the front wheel causes wobbling. You can opt to fit this tyre in the rear wheel. Kindly check on this. For front wheel always use Zapper pattern tyres manufactured by CEAT, MRF, JK, MAXXIS or Apollo.

Generally rear tyre should be changed around 20000km and front at 30000 km to enhance safety road grip milage etc.

Actually if tyre is broad than there is more tyre contact on surface, and due to this you get more friction and more friction means higher power requirement from the engine. To generate more power engine requires more fuel and ultimately this leads to more fuel consumption.
