Unless those elderly buy home with young who pays. Then heat you pay 500 per month for electricity for AC. Then other expenses like garden other . Lots of people don’t want to move to Texas Dallas Or Houston reason too much cost per month . I feel like it’s a money pit. If you got lots of money it’s then it’s good. Check other expenses before moving .
