Just trying to show that you can fly this great plane in a limited space like a small park.

I love this plane. I bought an extra set of wings so I could fit flaps and still have the original wing. I did this last weekend for two reasons. One, because I wanted to experiment modifying my own plane and two, because I always fly in confined spaces and my runway is the length of a cricket pitch and only 6 ft wide. I've only been flying for 5 months so I have still not managed to land it completely on the criket pitch yet. Lol. Plus the weather is still not good at the moment as we are just starting Spring and it is still quite windy and raining. But I love flying in wind as it's made me a better pilot with the limited time and experience that I've had. Unfortunately exercising my puppy takes priority over flying but I'm slowly getting to the point where we can go to the local park and she can run around off lead while I fly. I am also waiting for version 2 to be delivered. I have a set of floats as well and I'm busting to try them out. I am using the ready to fly version flysky instead of my nx8 because I think using the hobby grade controller might make me a better pilot being so twitchy on the sticks. My heartbeat still goes 100 mile an hour every time I take it out of safe mode. Hopefully it won't be too much longer before I will have the confidence to fly without safe without continually having to flick it back on. And hopefully this weekend I will get to try out the ranger with the flaps I have just installed.
I'm very grateful to hear that the 2200mah battery works fine as I have quite a few of these for my Bigfoot and my other aeroplanes.
    Thanks. Paul.
