I wonder what y’all consider to be high heat areas. I live outside San Antonio in the Texas Hill Country, and we think Oklahoma is not that hot. Will they survive 100 degree temps and, if so, do well in the sun or should we only plant them in the shade?
Awesome video 💯💯🔥🔥🍁🍁 thanks so much guys these will do great for my expansion I’m doing this winter I can’t wait!!!! Keep up the amazing work!! 👍👍So grateful for this series thanks again for sharing MrMaple 4 Life 🔥🔥🍁🍁

How will these High heat Maples do in Zone 7B Sanford,NC? We are 30 minutes South of Raleigh,NC . We get hot humid summers , but tend to get chilly winters at times. Will they do good in 20s occasional teens in the winter?
Hi guys new to the channel and love the content. I really want to purchase a crimson Queen for my front yard, but I never seen it mentioned in the heat tolerant videos so I'm a bit worried😅. I'm in Philadelphia, PA and my house faces the east when the sunrise. This tree if planted will be in full-sun mostly. Your thoughts on this would be much appreciated. Thanks
How will sango kaku do in direct sunlight. Im from arkansas and my house location and where ill be able to put the tree is going to result in alot of direct sun probably 9-10 hours worth. Will it be able to tolerate it?
@@MrMapleShow Yeah I got one in Florida and I got a Inaba Shidare from you guys which so far seems to be doing well. It is still dormant but beginning to bud a little bit. I think it should do well although I ought to wait and see what happens in the summer. I would think it should do great though as I have it in a partial shade area also it is supposed to be in zone 9 and I am in zone 9.
01:35 - Acer palmatum 'Emerald Lace'
03:44 - Acer palmatum 'Hefner's Red'

Nice

Crimson Queen will do better in some shade. Check out Tamukeyama or Inaba shidare for a similar style that can handle more sun
@@MrMapleShow awesome will do, thanks for the feedback
Wow this channel has great content. Im getting an emperor 1
Welcome aboard!

How would you compare Firefall and red dragon in terms of hardiness, heat tolerance and sun tolerance? How about size? In north texas!
Both are pretty good. Firefall is faster growing
Yeah I debated between emerald lace and waterfall so went with waterfall … for afternoon sun area … fingers crossed now it doesn’t die
Super durable also
My son is moving to Phoenix. Will any of the heat tolerant handle that extreme heat?
Depends some on the heat index but I have several customers there

I’m guessing Baton Rouge won’t work for zone 5?
We typically just recommend coral barks for zones 6-9
#maplesrule !
#Japanesemaples 👍
