Just ordered one. Had a frame bag yet i could barely get two 21oz bottles in the cages with it. Moving to the top tube will let me hold larger bottles yay
I remember your December review and laughed since I own the same bag, but did not experience your issues. Glad you continue to seek for improvement….and apparently have found it.
Apidura make some high-quality bags. Another, similar option is Restrap, another UK company, hey have a similar "Race" top tube bag in three sizes - 24cm/9.5" (1.2L), 37 cm/14.5" (1.5 L), and 49 cm/19.25" (2.0 L). Good value, also, at £60, £68 and £75 respectively.
I tried the long top tube bag. Took it for a ride, which was a mistake, as now I cannot return it. Good bag, but I needed more standover height for this to work. Crotch in relationship to bag. The system I had before, with two smaller bags front and rear, allowed me an empty top tube "slot" to stand over. Lesson learned.
Great review as always. I had the same issue with my top tube bag rotating on the top tube. I just added a second Velcro strap about 2” higher up on the bag and wrapped around the stem. The second strap stopped all movement .
Great review and share the same experiences with their Backcountry 1.8L long toptube bag. Big fan of Apidura. Totally agree that it’s takes some time to tweak the fit and notice it has some difficulty being centred on the top tube. Love to hear the review of the other one they sent you. 😊
Glad you’re loving it! I went with a Restrap set of bags which were very spenny but they’re awesome too - it was a close call between them and Apidura. Once again a great video! So nice to see your channel growing! 🧡✨
Thank you for this review. I take this fit on your Mone? It would be nice see a review of the smaller model if possible. Thinking about getting another top tube bag for my other bike.
All? I can see how it would be an issue for these larger bags, but the smaller ones? I've got a Rockbros (not exactly a big brand) tt bag that I took bikepacking last year, and it stayed put fine.
That's the biggest top tube bag I've ever seen! Do you use a frame bag as well? Seems that would be ideal for larger/heavier items as it would keep the center of gravity lower. "Quick" access items in a small tt bag for me, but then again I'm not a content creator haha ✌🏼
It's huge right?? I don't currently have a frame bag but I have enjoyed using them in the past. I agree that the combo would be ideal to split up heavier and easier access items between the two bags!
Exactly. Is it huge?? Not at all... just enough to consolidate your gubbins and cram a coupla snacks. I want a long bag to stow my mini pump and not have it dorkally kluged onto my downtube.
So pleased you like the bag and thanks for the great video! Here's to lots of future adventures 🙌

Lovely review! I'm buying this bag🥰

rolled a few hundred miles with the Topeak (large) bag you mentioned and felt really the same, sooooo just pulled the trigger on this one, thanx!
So glad Apidura reached out to you! That long top tube bag seems so much better suited for your needs - all the snacks you can cram in there! 😍
Those foam spacers that came with you BXB bag might help with the sway.

Nice and honest review Hannah. 👍
Wouldn’t expect any less !
Thank you!!
Winter , A Perfect opportunity to test how waterproof it was!

That's a great idea! Thanks, Chuck!
Woo Long Boi FTW! Great video. :)
Love the look of the bag - more interested in the smaller version, though.
A lot of people have said this, so I’m planning to review the smaller bag in the next couple of months!
This is the best bag for any bike. Period. I can’t ride without it
Love all my Apidura gear! Have a lot of small maker bags for daily use but for trip I use Apidura.

Great review, right to the point. I can relate to the tendancy to bring to much food during my rides! :-b
Nice review! Thank you 🙂

Thanks Rory!!
Looks like an awesome bag! Would definitely love to see a review of the smaller one.
Noted!
I’m actually thinking of getting the smaller one, so would be curious to hear your thoughts on it too!
Contemplating Apidura’s bolt on top tube bag but can’t quite hit Submit in my shopping cart. It’s pricey.
Thank you for this review. I take this fit on your Mone? It would be nice see a review of the smaller model if possible. Thinking about getting another top tube bag for my other bike.
Yes, it fits on my Moné really nicely!
What is it with top tubes bags and their floppy listing to one side or the other. They ALL do it.

How does this compare to the Restrap race long top tube bag? :)
It's shorter by 5 cm, but same volume. Similar price.
Apidura bags rock 🤘🏻

Which is good ya 2 liter or 1 liter?
Jealous! At 17" long it would be handy for my tent poles plus some sammiches - nice!
Good to mention tent poles!

It's huge for a top tube bag.
@@Bungle2010 I bought it... and it's fantastic!
perhaps a little more focus on the bag??? seems youtubers love to be seen rather than show the products they are reviewing.....
