Hello @Tech informant i have just seen in this video you said if you have an existing Adsense it takes a few minutes to change but if you are creating a new one it can take up to days, and at the 5min:44sec you mentioned that while creating the AdSense you should click no i don't have an existing account, how comes it only took you few minutes to be verified while you have just created a new account, did I get you wrong?

I have had a terrible experience trying to connect Adsense. My son is 16, he tried to connect an Adsense but was denied for being under 18. Fine. They penalize for this mistake by not allowing you to link an Adsense account for 32 days. We waited the 32 days, created an Adsense account under my name. Connected it. Denied again, they stated "you have more than one Adsense account....you must use your original or delete it." I deleted it, it took a couple seconds to do. But they have AGAIN instituted a 32 day block on connecting an Adsense account. I am now quite frustrated and fully believe they will find another reason to institute another 32 day block after this one is up. 32 days is an incredibly big penalty considering it is easily fixed (deleting an Adsense.. that had NO activity whatsoever). Feels very intentional on Google and Adsenses part on delaying payout.

Yes. Create AdSense account with Djibouti as the country, you should confirm if Djibouti is part of the eligible countries.
