Mate this video's actual class. I took my brother's iPhone 11 and he let me change his apple id and let me do everything and behold, it became successful. One thing to make clear to some people, it doesn't show the cloud icon anymore (I think). Rather it shows the "get" button but this time when you download it, it does download it on an older version. Thanks!

Yeah you need to borrow an iphone with the iOS 17+ to enter your acc and download the most recent GB, then get your old one and download the older version from purchases.
