this is probably my 100th time watching this video lol, nah but seriously i've it alot i know it by heart, so much motivation... i've really struggled with consistency in my planche journey, but i feel like this time is the one, time for me to achieve this dream of mine.
your videos are so good dude - I hope you come back sometime. I've watched this so many times these past few months it's so motivating. I'm nowhere near your level - im just working towards getting a strong ohp in prep for planche but this is still so inspirational. A planche or maltese would be a dream come true let alone a vg lol.
Hey i have a few questions 1. How old are you? 2. This kind of strength is crazy, do you think everybody (who isn't too tall or too heavy) can achieve this or are you a genetic freak?
It would also depend on your age and injury history. As a bodybuilder who dances and does a lot of weighted dips, push-ups etc. at the age of 34 I realize you have to fit the movements to your body instead of making your body fit the moves because if you do the latter you'll break something. I can see how a lot of people might not be able to do this safely because of shoulder and possibly elbow issues. If all you want is strength and size and not gymnastics or breakdancing tricks then there's no need to bother with any calisthenics as it will never lead to proportionate development and it's very harsh on the body as even the easiest movements involve a lot of resistance. If there's no pain and you love gymnastics instead, then more power to you; go for it but don't push through the pain.
@K - raalle I'm pretty tall but I'm currently doing a lot on rings and on the floor and I feel like I'm getting the right intensity and I'm slowly starting to improve, very slowly but I feel like it's possible
Thanks a lot! Analysis paralysis, train to the best of your ability and you will get it. It’s good to figure out the best way for YOU to train, not everyone is the same
Very impressive and motivating. Hope I can do one day planche too well forsure I know when this day comes it will be my best day in life ahaha. Btw nice music choice
Im 31 yrs old and i want to say....i really admire your dedication and commitment to your art. You have inspired me to try and take my rings training as far as i can. If i can ever nail a strict straddle planche it is because of youm thanks for sharing your journey with us.
Amazing bro... I’m still on the bent arm front lever lol but I can do a pretty good back lever 😁 been training mostly weightlifting but integrating calisthenics more and more since it’s what I like... been doing the calisthenics training for about 3 months now 🥵
I started gymnastics when I was 12-13, not serious or anything, just occasionally as a hobby. Training- train whenever I feel like it essentially, not strict plan
@@ryancummings3909 I'm 14 years and train with 13 whenever I want. But I decided to train after a plan since corona. You inspire me a lot to never give up.
Really good video bro! I have been watching this video 4 times now, and it really motivates me. I was wondering how you trained for the adv tuck planche? What exercises did you do? :)
Some suggestions on how to get the Straight arm strength, ive got a pretty solid HsPU and Bent Arm Planche but im stuck at Adv tuck Great Video though 💪❤️🔥
I do all events, but I mostly train rings and some floor and Pbars. I never practice vault but I’m alright at it, and I’m complete garbage at highbar and pommel horse
Probably watched this 100 times by now haha. I was wondering if u're naturally stronger doing planche with a supinated grib or did u decide to train it like that right away because of rings?
I'm 183cm tall and weight 80kg shredded. I have a big upper-body and big legs but also love skills, that's why I am thinking about to skip leg day to achieve the planche faster. Is that a good decision?
Yes ofc, you can’t hold a full pl without knowing straddle. The straddle is no different than full except it’s easier. Just practice consistently and be patient, took me about a year and a half to have a solid planche. Some people learn it quicker than others, some might take less than a year depending on how hard and smart you train
Γιωργος Μαθιουδακης I think it’s easier when you have some mass but small I’m 175cm and only 60kg I think it’s harder and feels like more strain on my joints, I feel it would be easier if I had a little more mass maybe 70kg that way I’ll have a lot of muscle support
thanks brother for the video you are the best it would be good the routine with exercises with repetitions and series you would appreciate it very much
Amazing progress bro. What would you say is the most effective exercise to you to learning the planche? And for planche lean and tuck planche, how much total time of this should I do you recommend to do in 1 training session? thx
There isn’t 1 exercise you should do, you need to do leans/attempts, and do variations like tuck/straddle/1 leg and maybe do some weighted dumbells raises if you can. Those are the main ones I did, lots of attempts
I see that you started with the fingers pointing forward and then you changed the position to fingers pointing backward and kept it. Why ? What did you feel when you were very good just like at 8:15 and then you tried planche on p-bars ? Did it feel much easier ?
damn dude you were really strong even in the beggining
Thats what I was thinking...
Yup, when i see planche adventures on youtube i expect them to start from the very beginning, this guy probs started recording about 3-4 months in
@@yungthug2403 i rate he was training a little longer than that before
