I am almost 60 and I can do a planche but not as well as I used to. The hardest part was realising that my centre of gravity must be directly above my wrists.
Then of course I also suffer from peripheral neuropathy so getting to the planche stage in my old age was very difficult. I was very good at gymnastics when I was younger and could easily do everything.
Look after your bodies, young men!

@@aggelosyt5857 I agree I have been doing calisthenics for over 1 year and I didn’t start training the planche until 6 months into my calisthenics journey and it it really hard and along my journey to master the planche I had a lot of pain in my wrists and my shoulders and I had to look back and work on mastering the basics and I recently started training it again a few days ago and I have noticed a lot of progress with my planche training the only thing I need to work on is my straight arm strength because my arms are not fully locked out but I know that if I keep working on it I will see massive progress in my planche training and other skills as well congratulations on training the planche you will get there just keep grinding 💪💪💪👍👍👍💯💯💯!

Vabbè ci sta nel senso, se non sai fare tuck planche allena le basi e le planche lean qualche mese e vedrai che la raggiungi non pensarci neanche alla planche ahah

Thanks for this video. I've quit street workout for about a few months now and my strongest feat in my planche journey was an advanced tuck but I gave up anyway because I lost my will and motivation and never believed I'll ever make it. It's truly amazing and spectacular to see your dedication and resilience. I really admire the hardwork amidst the challenges u face. I've been in the lowest point of my life and I hope that this video is what inspires me to try again. Thank you ❤
