    the arroz con salchicha is my grandmother's Blanca Recipe.. she is gone but her teachings will live with me for ever!.. thank you

    i cook that almost the same way like you.. i used blend sofrito and then onions, peppers, ect ect

    Thank you so much, I had 4 fresh viennas to use up & had no idea what I could do with them....this recipe is sooo good & the only change was I used a red chilli as we can't get scotch bonnet peppers here & I also used tomato passata which I presume/hope is the same as your tomato sauce in a tin....great recipe

    I like rice and salchicha ,my mother use to make it in her rice cooker ,oh man it was the best, when I make mine I leave the salchichas for last (this meat is already cooked in the can ) so why over cook it , also don’t buy the cheap salchichas I did it once and I’ll never do it again stick to Libby’s .👵🏼

    El arroz se supone que no se menee hasta que se seque por completo.. para que no quede mogollado.

    That sounds like a lot of oil, that can't be healthy, olive oil is only good when it is not cooked
